We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel, that you provide a 24 hour notice prior to you scheduled appointment time. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hour notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other people.

        A $50 nonrefundable deposit must be made prior to booking a chemically based cosmetic style. Clients booking for non-chemically treated cut and styling, who do not show up for their appointment without a 24 hour cancellation notice will be considered as NO SHOW.  NO SHOW Clients must pay a $50 or 50% (whichever applies) nonrefundable fee to book further appointments with Lavish Hair Studio. Clients who NO SHOW two (2) or more times in a 12 month period, may be dismissed from booking appointments and will be sole candidates for WALK-INS only if available.
